  • Leaders preparing for promotions or expanded responsibilities

  • Founders and entrepreneurs seeking balance between constant execution and leadership

  • HR teams who want meaningful development for their top talent

Who It’s Not For

Addressing a Common Misconception About Executive Coaching:

Executive coaching is not therapy, consulting, mentoring, or motivational speaking. It is not about giving generic advice, fixing people, or delivering one-size-fits-all leadership formulas. Effective executive coaching creates space for honest reflection, sharper decision-making, stronger leadership habits, and practical action. The goal is not dependency on a coach, but helping leaders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and sustainably operate at a higher level over time.

Why Executive Coaching Matters

In a study, 86% of organizations reported a positive return on their investment in coaching, and 96% of leaders said they would repeat the experience. Research shows that organizations with strong coaching cultures report measurable gains in productivity and goal-achievement.

Leadership development has evolved. Today’s leaders are expected not only to perform, but to adapt, connect, and inspire. Coaching bridges that gap with evidence-based methods that create measurable behavioral change

Proprietary Assessment

Every coaching engagement begins with a self-assessment built on Above’s proprietary 12 Pillars of Executive Leadership, a framework developed by Sanoop Luke to help leaders understand where they stand today and where they want to grow next. Sanoop will conduct assessment for the coachee, and when requested, with the manager of the coachee to compare and contrast results. We will focus on the following 12 pillars below:

  • Person in a suit analyzing a document with a magnifying glass, with additional papers and documents on the desk.

    1. Attention to Detail

Maintains accuracy and clarity so priorities translate into reliable execution

  • A man standing outdoors with mountains and grassy fields in the background, crossing his arms and facing the camera.

    2. Accountability

  • Two men in business suits having a serious conversation in an office setting, with one man sitting behind a desk and the other facing him.

Understands personality traits, strengths, blind spots, and emotional patterns, as well as their impact on others.

  • A man in a business suit looking at his watch on a city sidewalk.
