About Sanoop Luke
Founder of Above Executive Coaching
Sanoop Luke is an executive coach and advisor who works 1:1 with executives, senior leaders, high-potentials, and founders to help them navigate change, lead with confidence, and create meaningful impact.
Based in Copenhagen and working with clients globally, Sanoop partners with clients across Europe, the US, and Asia, from Fortune 500 companies and creative agencies to fast-growing tech and investment firms.
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of leadership, media, and technology, Sanoop brings a practical yet human approach to coaching, grounded in real-world leadership. He has also developed original proprietary frameworks, including the 12 Pillars of Executive Leadership, Aligned, and 11-Dimensional Dashboard, which all help clients measure and accelerate growth in performance.
With decades of professional business experience, including an international career at Google/YouTube, Warner/Cartoon Network, and GE, Sanoop has worked across strategy, partnerships, and content, spanning offices from New York to Hong Kong. As a former Googler, he brings a grounded understanding of both innovation and execution. This experience informs his coaching philosophy today: that leadership is both an inner practice and an outer application.
Sanoop completed an Executive Coaching Program at the University of Cambridge and continues to invest in ongoing training and development in new approaches to behavioral change, communication, leadership and executive development, ensuring clients benefit from his continually evolving insight, research, and practice.
When he’s not coaching, he can be found exploring Denmark and Europe with his family, traveling, or designing new frameworks that bring leadership to life.
