Do you coach globally?
Sessions are available virtually across time zones, with in-person blocks by request.
Do you work with organizations as well as individuals?
Yes. I partner with HR and L&D to support senior leaders and high potentials.
Do you work in-person or online?
Three ways we can work together: 1) We can meet online 2) We can meet in person in my Copenhagen office in Indre By (Bredgade) or 3) I can travel to your office
How long is a typical engagement?
Most 1:1 coaching engagements run 12 to 24 sessions over 6 to 12 months.
How do you measure progress or impact?
We do this through a couple of ways 1) You will conduct a self-assessment to determine strengths and gaps, and then we re-assess at the culmination of the engagement 2) I can also conduct stakeholder interviews with your line manager, dotted-managers, and other stakeholders.
Do you run leadership workshops or offsites?
Yes. I design focused sessions on executive presence, decision making, and leading through change.
